Embedded Testing Engineer

Responsibility:

• Participate embedded or hand-held device testing and environment setup
• Participate in test planning and determining test methodologies
• Execute function/feature verification/validation
• Bug tracking and analysis
• Participate in design, technical discussions, and communication with customers
• Provide technical guidance and suggestions to team members

Qualification:

• Good understanding of Windows CE/Mobile and/or Linux platform
• Experience and foundational knowledge on QA methodologies, skills, and best practices
• Have 2+ years hands-on experience in BSP/Driver and/or application QA
• Know-how of LCD/Touch Panel, USB 1.1/2.0, I2C, Camera, ALSA, MMC/SD, IrDA, Bluetooth and Wireless is preferred
• Strong interest in low level testing with good problem solving skills is big plus
• Good sense of responsibility
• Good learning capability
• Good communication skills
• Effective team player
