Software Consulting Engineer

Responsibility:

• Responsible for architectural design and implementation
• Responsible for resolving critical technical problems
• Ensure project's successful outcome working with SDM and tech leader
• Participate in pre-sale technical consulting, working with Sales, and provide technical solutions to customers
• Write project proposal based on the customer requirements
• Responsible for communicating with customers throughout the project
• Participate in company's daily operation work (e.g., recruiting and training)

Qualification:

• Have outstanding technical capability and experience in one or more of the following technologies or domains:
• Java/C/C++/C# or other programming languages
• J2EE/EJB, Servlets, JSP, Struts, Swing
• .NET
• Software Quality Assurance/Testing
• Windows programming
• UNIX (Linux, Solaris, HP-UX, IBM-AIX)
• Databases (SQL Server, Oracle, DB2, MySQL)
• Web Servers (Apache, IIS, Tomcat)
• Application Servers (WebLogic, WebSphere, JBoss, Oracle)
• GUI (VB, MFC, Swing, Win32)
• XML Schema/DTD, XML parsing technologies, XSLT
• Service Oriented Architecture
• OLAP/BI (Business Intelligence)
• EAI/BPM (Business Process Modeling)/Workflow
• Embedded technologies (Device drivers, Embedded OS)
• High volume transaction processing
• High volume web application development/deployment
• CRM/ERP
• Financial Service
• Telecommunication
• Supply Chain Management
• Good architectural design capability and capability to provide solutions
• Strong communication skills
• Strong technical foresight and understanding of high level goals
• Self-motivate and self-driven
• Strong leadership skills
