Software Testing Engineer (STE) — 赴微软工作

Responsibility:

• Participate in Microsoft latest products and components testing
• Create test cases based on given functional specifications and test specifications
• Set up test environments and execute automated or manual test cases under the proper test environments
• Isolate failures in automated or manual test cases through manual execution and debugging
• Validate bug fixes through test execution
• Periodically interact with the Redmond based development and test team to discuss work requirements, schedules and issues

Qualification:

• Familiar with the testing tools and test approaches
• Experiences in the manual and automation test
• Self-learning capability
• Good working attitude
• Good problem solving skill and can work under pressure
• Ability to work effectively with other team members and other teams
• At least 2 years of industry experience on software testing
• Strong communication skills in English (verbal and written)
• Education Requirements: B.Sc. in CS or equivalent degree
