Software Design Engineer for Testing (SDET) — 赴微软工作

Responsibility:

• Participate in Microsoft latest products and components development and testing
• Participate in the development of Microsoft internal automation testing tools
• Develop and implement programs to execute automation testing
• Create test cases based on given functional specifications and test specifications
• Set up test environments and execute automated or manual test cases under the proper test environments
• Isolate failures in automated or manual test cases through manual execution and debugging
• Validate bug fixes through test execution
• Periodically interact with the Redmond based development and test team to discuss work requirements, schedules and issues

Qualification:

• Familiar with C++/C#, at least 2 year experience in C++/C# programming and have written more than 10000 lines of code
• Familiar with the web based application
• Familiar with test automation tools (white box/black box)
• Ability to develop test cases for test automation
• Ability to develop unit test for C++ and C# in Visual Studio .NET Framework
• Enjoy challenges in solving complex problems
• Ability to work effectively with other team members and other teams
• Strong coding skills with C++ and/or C#/.NET including algorithms and data structures
• Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills
• Strong communication skills in English (verbal and written)
• Education Requirements: B.Sc. in CS or equivalent degree
