Windows File System Engineer

Responsibility:

• Participate in the development of Windows File System/Filter driver development
• Participate in design, technical discussions, and communication with customers
• Provide technical guidance and suggestions to team members

Qualification:

• At least 2 year of hands-on software development experience with one or more of the following qualification and technologies:
• Good understanding of SCSI, RAID on Windows
• Strong experience in Windows File system, Volume manager, Multi-path and performance tuning
• Experienced in device driver development on Windows XP and/or Windows Server families
• Mastery of Windows DDK and corresponding kernel debuggers
• Strong interest in low level development with good problem solving skills
• Good sense of responsibility
• Good learning capability
• Effective team player
• Acceptable oral/written English communication skill
